Job description
- Complete the following tasks for Archipel and its subsidiaries
- Prepare financial report and other accounting reports;
- Prepare project profitability;
- Prepare costing for projects upon requirements from BOD and other Department;
- Liaise with Auditor for Auditing process;
- Manage fixed assets and related reports;
- Manage tools & equipments reports: update to prepaid allocation schedule for monthly allocation;
- Accrual: at the end of each month, collect all the accounting documents that without invoice for accrual expenses.
- Reconcile cash and bank with cashier; review all the balance of the accounts; reconcile account receivable and payable;;
- Check time sheet and Work in Progress of projects;
- Partially work on cost control of the projects
- Other tasks required by Line Manager
Requirement
- Back ground in Accounting and Finance
- Have from 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position
- Good command in English
- Possesses the knowledge and practice of Accounting Software and Microsoft Office.
- Well-organized, detail and accuracy oriented
- Ability to train and improve, high adaptability, high sense of responsibility
- Enthusiastic and ability to work under high pressure.
